I'm waiting to complain about a mobile phone. I bought it from your shop in Warszawa on Krakowska Street on 12th October. The mobile phone is a Nokia 76 00, and the number of the mobile is MR 145 28 78. When I was going to my friend and tried call to him, I can't switched on. Mobile wasn't fell down and I don't know, why it isn't turn on.
I tooked the mobile phone back to your shop and the assistant asked me if I had a receipt. I remember, that I had taken this from shop, but I threw receipt to bin near the shop.
The assistant then looked at the mobile but can't make it work. However, he refused to give my money back, because I needed a receipt.
I would like you refund my money or exchange the mobile phone with a new one, baceause I had spent all my money for this mobile. Please reply to me at the mail adress or telephone number above. Thank you.
